Maulid Nabi

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh,

Bismillahirrahmannirrahim,

Borned in the month of Rabi'ulawal in the year 570 (some said on the 12th, some said on the 17th) in Mekkah, our beloved Prophet, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), the last Prophet that brought the religion of ALLAH S.W.T., he is the mercy to all mankind, everyone, every creature on the Earth knew about this truth. There are a lot of signs described by scholars announcing the birth of the last Prophet (pbuh). (see http://anwary-islam.com/prophet-life/holly-p-1.htm).

Officially being 'appointed' as Rasulullah (pbuh) in the blessing month of Ramadhan in the year 610 with the first revelation of - Iqra' - in the cave of Mount Hira'. For 23 years, the Prophet (pbuh) never gave up in spreading the religion of ALLAH, the truth to all mankind. Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) lived a most simple, austere and modest life. He (pbuh) and his family (pbut) used to go without cooked meal several days at a time, relying only on dates, dried bread and water. During the day he (pbuh) was the busiest man, as he (pbuh) performed his duties in many roles all at once as head of state, chief justice, commander-in-chief, arbitrator, instructor and family man. He was the most devoted man at night. He (pbuh) used to spend one- to two-thirds of every night in prayer and meditation. He (pbuh) always pray for his Ummah, which is all his followers until the End of the Day. I don't think I need to mention here how great and noble our Prophet (pbuh) was as there are plenty of description about how he (pbuh) lived his life that we can find as examples for us.

The Prophet (pbuh) perfomed his first and last Hajj in the year 632 and two month after that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) fell ill. He (pbuh) continued to lead the congregation prayers. After one of these prayers he (pbuh) invoked special blessings on the martyrs of Uhud, and then addressed the Muslims:
“There is a slave among the slaves of ALLAH to whom ALLAH has offered the choice between this world and that which is with HIM, and the slave has chosen that which is with ALLAH.”
Upon hearing this Abu Bakr (r.a.) wept as he understood that the Prophet (pbuh) was talking about himself and that the choice meant his imminent death. On the last Friday before Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) returned to ALLAH Azza wa Jalla, he (pbuh) gave his last khutbah:

After praising and thanking Almighty ALLAH, the Prophet (pbuh) said:
"O People lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying very carefully and TAKE THESE WORDS TO THOSE WHO COULD NOT BE PRESENT HERE TODAY.
O People just as you regard this month, this day and this city as sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your LORD, and that he will indeed reckon your deeds. Al-Mighty ALLAH has forbidden you to take interest (riba), therefore all financial obligations involving interest shall henceforth be waived. Your capital is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity. Al-Mighty ALLAH has judged that there shall be no interest and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn 'Abd al-Muttalib (the Prophet's uncle) be waived. Every right arising out of homicide in pre-Islamic days is henceforth waived and the first such right that I waive is that arising from the murder of Rabiah ibn al- Harithibn.
O men, the unbelievers indulge in tampering with the calendar in order to make permissible that which ALLAH forbade, and to forbid that which ALLAH has made permissible. With Al-Mighty ALLAH, the months are twelve in number. Four of them are holy, three of these are successive and one occurs singly between the months of Jumada and Shaban.
Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope of that he will be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.
O People it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have right over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under ALLAH's trust and with His permission. If they abide by your rights, then to them belong the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with anyone of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.
O People, listen to me in ernest, worship Al-Mighty ALLAH, say your five daily prayers fast during month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in charity (zakah) and perform Hajj if you can afford to.
All of mankind comes from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, nor does a non-Arab have any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black nor does a black have any superiority over a white --- except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belogs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not therefore do injustice to yourselves. Remember one day you will meet Almighty God and answer for your deeds. So beware and do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.
O People, NO PROPHET OR MESSENGER WILL COME AFTER ME AND NO NEW FAITH WILL BE BORN. Reason well, therefore, O People, and understand the words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things: the QUR'AN and my SUNNAH, and if you follow these you will never go astray.
All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me directly. Be my witness, O ALLAH, that I have conveyed Your message to Your people."

- Sahih Bukhari

After the last khutbah, the Prophet (pbuh) looked deep into the faces of all his Companions, for the last time. Soon after that, the Prophet (pbuh) became so weak that he (pbuh) could not move. He (pbuh) then appointed Abu Bakr (r.a.) to lead the prayers. The Prophet (pbuh) spent the rest of his illness in the apartment of his beloved wife Aishah (r.a.). On the early morning of 12th Rabi’ulawal 632, the prophet’s fever abated and he (pbuh) went to the mosque, assisted by Fadl and Thawban, when Abu Bakr was already leading the prayer. Realizing that the prophet (pbuh) was approaching, Abu Bakr stepped back without turning his head, but the prophet pressed his hand on his shoulder to let him know to continue. The Prophet (pbuh) sat on the right of Abu Bakr and completed the prayer while seated. The apparent recovery of the Prophet (pbuh) overjoyed the Muslims. Anas (r.a.) is reported to have said that I never saw the Prophet’s face more beautiful than it was at that hour.

Within hours, the Prophet (pbuh) lost his consciousness. He (pbuh) opened his eyes again an hour later saying to Aishah (r.a.): “No Prophet is taken by death until he has been shown his place in Paradise and then offered the choice to live or to die.” Before he (pbuh) passed away, he (pbuh) prayed for his Ummah to be placed in the Paradise with him. Feeling the pain of the death as the Death Angle was taking out his soul from his body, the Prophet (pbuh) cried in pain but he (pbuh) still prayed that ALLAH S.W.T. will lighten the pain of death and cause all the pain of his Ummah's death only on him. Last words from our beloved is:"Ummati, ummati, ummati..." His love to his Ummah, his followers is more than his love to his Companions as he (pbuh) once said that his Companions would only be his Companions but those who follow him yet has never seen him before would be his Brothers.

The Prophet's (pbuh) possession consisted of mats, blankets, jugs and other simple things even when he (pbuh) was the virtual ruler of Arabia. He (pbuh) left nothing to be inherited except a white mule (a gift from Muqawqis - the ruler of Egypt), few ammunition and a piece of land that he (pbuh) had made a gift during his life time. (http://www.cyberistan.org/islamic/muhammad.html)

We are now in the month of Rabi'ulawal, the month when the Prophet (pbuh) was borned and passed away. Though it is not for this very month that we celebrate the birth of the Prophet (pbuh), we should take this opportunity to strengthen the remembrance of our beloved Prophet (pbuh) and try our best to follow his sunnah everyday. Ultimately, we should celebrate the Prophet (pbuh) every year, every month and every week, and every hour and every moment. (see this link for the explaination of the celebration of the mawlid:http://qa.sunnipath.com/issue_view.asp?HD=7&ID=1776&CATE=108)

As much as his worried on us, his Ummah, we should in turn do as much as he (pbuh) would like us to do.

Surah Ali Imran, verse 31:
Proclaim: "If you love ALLAH, you should follow me (the Prophet)." ALLAH will then love you, and forgive your sins. ALLAH is Forgiver, Most Merciful.

Allahumma solli 'ala Muhammad, wa 'ala aali Muhammad, wa sohbihi wa salam.

ALLAHU'alam.

Wassalam.

Love

A’udzubillahiminashshaitonirrojim
Bismillahirahmannirrahim
Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh,

I would like to share my story with you because this story is being told by my friend and I would like this very good friend of mine be rewarded the hassanat of her knowledge that she has shared with me. InsyaALLAH, I wish that she will earn this hassanat not just for her pleasure after she has been buried, but also would hope that this will be part of her good deeds that I’ve passed on to earn her a place in jannah.

I remember once I have asked this very funny question to this friend.
“Do you have a boyfriend?”
With a smile she said:“Yes, of course”
And with all the suspense, I asked for the name of that very lucky guy.
She gave me the coolest answer ever – ALLAH S.W.T.
HE is her boyfriend, subhanallah!
She gave me a very vivid picture of my Creator which has been so distance from me for all these years.

I don’t know how she felt the love of ALLAH but I’m definitely sure that ALLAH is the Most Merciful, the Most Loving and the Most Caring of all upon His servants, the followers of the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.). The love of a mother is said to be the biggest love of all, that she is willing to sacrifice herself for her children, but remember, the Ar-Rahim’s, ALLAH’s love to His servants is much, much more than the love of any human being can give.

These are just two Hadith Qudsi about how great ALLAH’s love would be to His servants:

God Almighty said: "My servant draws near to Me with nothing more loved by Me than the acts of worship that I have enjoined upon him. My servant continues to try to draw near to Me with more devotion, until I love him. When I love him, I will be his hearing with which he hears, his sight by which he sees, his hand with which he strikes, his feet on which he walks. When he asks Me for something, I will respond and when he takes refuge in Me, I will grant it to him. I do not hesitate in doing anything I intend to do as much as I hesitate in seizing the soul of My faithful servant; he hates death and I hate hurting him. But death is a must for him". (narrated by Bukhari)

Subhanallah! Do you like to be among one of the loved one?

Another Hadith Qudsi, hadith directly from ALLAH S.W.T.

"God Almighty said "I am as My servant expects Me to be. I am with him if he remembers Me. If he remembers Me to himself, I would remember him to Myself. And if he remembers Me in a gathering, I would remember him in a gathering, which is even better. And if My servant draws near to Me by a hand's span, I would draw near to him by an arm's length and if he draws near to Me by an arm's length, I would draw near to him by a fathom's length. And if My servant comes to me walking, I would go to him speeding." (narrated by Bukhari)

MasyaALLAH, He is running toward you, if you just walk toward Him, imagine how big His one step would be (you can’t imagine it), and what if we run to Him?
I wish this gathering will also make Him remember us as well. Feel the love of Him in you and you will always remember Him, and in return, He will always remember us, though He never forgets His servants.

I don’t know anyone of you have a ‘boyfriend’ or not, but surely you know how a couple works. If you have a boyfriend, or if you like it to be your husband, what would you do if he wants to meet you in any special occasion?
Of course most of us will put on the best dress, best make-up, and best of presentation. If it is a dating, will you be late? I doubt about that.
Likewise when we want to meet ALLAH in every prayer, how would you dress if you are to meet Him? What is your attitude towards each prayer? Or each dating with ALLAH? You are going to meet you Lover! The greatest Lover of all!
Have you ever seen a couple by the street? If they are dating and talking to each other, do you think they will ever notice any pedestrians walking by? As they are now in their own world.
Likewise when we are praying, this is the dating between you and ALLAH. If we love Him so, will we ever be disturbed by anything when we are praying? Definitely no.
Have you ever received any love letter from anyone that you admire? Will, if you love ALLAH, you already have 30 Juz of Love Letters, the most beautifully written love letters by Him. You will enjoy reading all those Love Letter, the Holy Love Letter and you surely will try your best to memorize them. Why? Because you would really like to understand what is He trying to tell us and what He likes or dislikes. You will always have the time to read it.
If you love someone, you will try to find out what are the things he likes and dislikes. And if you love ALLAH, you will surely just like to gain His pleasure by doing what has been commanded and avoid doing what has been told not to.
You will just remember Him and miss Him all day long that dzikr will always be part of your life. We are encouraged to remember ALLAH always as in the Holy Quran or the Love Letter says:

They are the whose hearts rejoice in remembering GOD. Absolutely, by remembering GOD, the hearts rejoice. – Surah Ra’ad, verse 28

Now, just try to put your love to Him and imagine what more you can do just for Him? As I’ve pointed out, you will steadfast in your prayer, you will make better if not perfect prayer, you will recite the Holy Quran, you will try to memorize the Holy Quran, and who knows you might be a Hafizah, insyaALLAH. You will also try to learn and understand the Holy Quran as a very popular hadith saying that the best among you are the one that learn and teach Quran. You will be a very knowledgeable mukmin insyaALLAH because you know and you will practice the ‘amar makruf and nahi mungkar’. Plus you will always remember ALLAH in your life. That makes you a real muslimah that truly doing what most of the people call – Islam is the way of life. See how just the love to the All-Mighty ALLAH can shape you into a better Muslim! I know there are more that you will do if you truly love Him, I leave that for you to think of because it is your love to Him that really motivate you to keep on improving yourself to become a better Muslim. I pray that we all may gain His Love, amin.

Now, how are we going to gain His love?

There are several verses in the Holy Quran telling us what kind of person does ALLAH loves.

ALLAH loves the one that love the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.):
[Surah Ali-Imran:31] Proclaim: "If you love GOD, you should follow me." GOD will then love you, and forgive your sins. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful. (the one that follow the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.))

ALLAH love the one righteous one:
[Surah Ali-Imran:76] Indeed, those who fulfill their obligations and lead a righteous life, GOD loves the righteous.
[Surah Maryam:96] Surely, those who believe and lead a righteous life, the Most Gracious will shower them with love.
[Surah Al-Maidah:93] Those who believe and lead a righteous life bear no guilt by eating any food, so long as they observe the commandments, believe and lead a righteous life, then maintain their piety and faith, and continue to observe piety and righteousness. GOD loves the righteous.
[Surah At-Taubah:4] If the idol worshipers sign a peace treaty with you, and do not violate it, nor band together with others against you, you shall fulfill your treaty with them until the expiration date. GOD loves the righteous.

ALLAH loves the charitable:
[Surah Al-Baqarah:195] You shall spend in the cause of GOD; do not throw yourselves with your own hands into destruction. You shall be charitable; GOD loves the charitable.
[Surah Ali-Imran:134] who give to charity during the good times, as well as the bad times. They are suppressors of anger, and pardoners of the people. GOD loves the charitable.

ALLAH loves who asks for forgiveness and purify himself:
[Surah al-Baqarah: 222] GOD loves the repenters, and He loves those who are clean.

ALLAH love the steadfast:
[Surah Ali-Imran:146] Many a prophet had godly people fight along with him, without ever wavering under pressure in the cause of GOD, nor did they hesitate or become discouraged. GOD loves the steadfast.

ALLAH loves the good doer:
[Surah Ali-Imran:148] Consequently, GOD granted them the rewards of this world, and the better rewards of the Hereafter. GOD loves the good doers.
[Surah Al-A’raf: 31] O Children of Adam! Wear your beautiful apparel at every time and place of prayer; eat and drink; but waste not by excess, for ALLAH love not the wasters.

ALLAH loves the one that trust only on Him:
[Surah Ali-Imran:159] It was mercy from GOD that you became compassionate towards them. Had you been harsh and mean-hearted, they would have abandoned you. Therefore, you shall pardon them and ask forgiveness for them, and consult them. Once you make a decision, carry out your plan, and trust in GOD. GOD loves those who trust in Him.

ALLAH loves the kind and helpful:
[Surah Al-Maidah:13] It was a consequence of their violating the covenant that we condemned them, and we caused their hearts to become hardened. Consequently, they took the words out of context, and disregarded some of the commandments given to them. You will continue to witness betrayal from them, excepting a few of them. You shall pardon them, and disregard them. GOD loves those who are benevolent.

ALLAH loves who acts justly:
[Surah Al-Maidah:42] They are upholders of lies, and eaters of illicit earnings. If they come to you to judge among them, you may judge among them, or you may disregard them. If you choose to disregard them, they cannot harm you in the least. But if you judge among them, you shall judge equitably. GOD loves those who are equitable.
[Surah Al-Hujurat:9] If two groups of believers fought with each other, you shall reconcile them. If one group aggresses against the other, you shall fight the aggressing group until they submit to GOD's command. Once they submit, you shall reconcile the two groups equitably. You shall maintain justice; GOD loves those who are just.

[Surah Al-Mumtahana:8] GOD does not enjoin you from befriending those who do not fight you because of religion, and do not evict you from your homes. You may befriend them and be equitable towards them. GOD loves the equitable.

ALLAH loves who strive for His cause:
[Surah As-Saff:4] GOD loves those who fight in His cause united in one column, like the bricks in one wall.

And do you know whose the one that ALLAH hates? They are the:

the aggressors:
[Surah Al-Baqarah:190] You may fight in the cause of GOD against those who attack you, but do not aggress. GOD does not love the aggressors.

the disbelievers:
[Surah Ali-Imran:32] Proclaim: "You shall obey GOD and the messenger." If they turn away, GOD does not love the disbelievers.

those who inflict injustice:
[Surah Ali-Imran:57] As for those who believe and lead a righteous life, He will fully recompense them. GOD does not love the unjust.

evil dores:
[Surah Al-Maidah:64] Whenever they ignite the flames of war, GOD puts them out. They roam the earth wickedly, and GOD dislikes the evildoers.

corruptor:
[Surah Al-Baqarah:205] As soon as he leaves, he roams the earth corruptingly, destroying properties and lives. GOD does not love corruption.

those who are arrogant:
[Surah An-Nisa’:36] You shall worship GOD alone - do not associate anything with Him. You shall regard the parents, the relatives, the orphans, the poor, the related neighbor, the unrelated neighbor, the close associate, the traveling alien, and your servants. GOD does not like the arrogant show-offs.

those who spend lavishly:
[Surah Al-An’am:141] He is the One who established gardens, trellised and untrellised, and palm trees, and crops with different tastes, and olives, and pomegranate - fruits that are similar, yet dissimilar. Eat from their fruits, and give the due alms on the day of harvest, and do not waste anything. He does not love the wasters.

those who does not act upon what he has said:
[Surah As-Saff: 2-3] Glorifying GOD is everything in the heavens and everything on earth. He is the Almighty, Most Wise; O you who believe, why do you say what you do not do?

So, what should be do to win ALLAH’s love? There is a hadith narrated by Ibn Majah:

"A man came to the Prophet (may God's peace and blessings be upon him) and asked him "O God's Messenger, tell me of something I do to win God's love and people's love". The Prophet answered "Do not love this world, God would love you and do not have a longing for whatever people have, people would love you".

Or, you can just simply held the love upon ALLAH like a hadith that has been narrated by Bukhari:

"God Almighty said: If My servant loves to meet Me, I love to meet him, and if he hates to meet Me, I hate to meet him."

See, how simple we can do to gain His love?
Following are some more benefit of loving ALLAH:

A hadith qudsi narrated by Muslim:
"If God would love his servant He would call Archangel Gabriel and tell him "I love this person, therefore love him." And Gabriel would love him and call out in the heavens "God loves this person, therefore love him." And the inhabitants of the heavens would love him. Then he would be embraced by the people of this world. But if God would abhor his servant, He would call Gabriel and tell him "I abhor this person, therefore abhor him". And Gabriel would abhor him and call out in the heavens " God abhors this person, therefore abhor him." And the inhabitants of the heavens would abhor him. Then he would be abhorred by the people of this world."

You will be very famous among the angels!

Some more hadith:

"There are three characteristics whoever has them will taste the sweetness of faith: that God and His Messenger are more loved by him than everything else, that he loves or does not love a person only for God's sake and that he would hate to revert into disbelief just as he would hate to be thrown into fire." (narrated by Bukhari)

"When a man asked the prophet, may God's peace and blessings be upon him, "O Messenger of God, when will the Day of Judgement be?", the Prophet replied, "What have you prepared for it?" he said, "I have not prepared for it a great deal of prayer, fasting nor charity, but I love God and His Messenger intensely," the Prophet said, "You will be with those whom you love." (narrated by Bukhari)

So, what are you waiting for? Feel His love in you, remember Him always, you will know how much you missed Him and how deep your love to your Creator. Now, try to walk to Him and be certain that He is speeding toward you!

Take the example of a great female sufi called Rabiatul Adhawiyah. Her love to ALLAH made her wake up every night just to pray (dating) and to tell how much she loved Him.

I would like this to be a reminder to myself because the one that is writing now is nearer to the one that is reading, that’s me. I don’t know much, but I only know I love Him and hope that He will also be loved by all of us though He might not need our love, as He is the al-Ghani, al-Samad that need nothing form His servants.

Whatever that I’ve written here, is just what I know, I pray that ALLAH will guides us along His siratulmustaqim (the right path) and shower us with His Love to all of us, amin.

ALLAHU’ALAM (ALLAH know best)

Lastly, let’s pray together so that we will be united:

"O ALLAH! You know that these hearts have come together in loving YOU, met together in YOUR obedience, united for YOUR Message and entered together into a covenant to support YOUR Way. O ALLAH! Strengthen the bond between these hearts, Make permanent the affection between them, Guide them to the their Paths, Fill them with YOUR Light that never diminishes, Comfort their hearts with abundance of Faith in YOU and complete trust in YOU, Keep them alive with knowledge of YOU and Give them their death in martyrdom for YOU. Truly, YOU Are the Best Protector and the best to give victory, O ALLAH. Amin."

Wassalam.

Islam is the way of life

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh

ISLAM is the way of life
This is no doubt for every life
For the Al-Amin will never lie
To ALLAH all of us rely

ALLAH is the Creator of the mankind
HE creates us from a drop of blood so fine
From fleshes and bones we were bind
Until a soul was created as a life sign

Ever since in the womb we have promised
Only to HIM we worshipped
Only to HIM we obeyed
Have we forgotten what we have promised?

Look at every part of ourselves
How fine HE has created for us
Such complicated human systems
If not ALLAH who else can do these

Look at your finger prints
From people in billions
None of them is identical as yours
If not ALLAH who else can do this

Look at the stars, the moon and the sun
We know it's not Newton or Galileo put them align
Who has the power to uphold them?
If not ALLAH then give me a name

Look at the world around us
Each creation has its own purpose
Even a tiny virus
If not ALLAH who else can do these

You still don't believe in me?
Then try to create something and show me
Just a mosquito or a fly so tiny
You may end up acting so silly

ALLAH has granted you a healthy mind
Use it wisely to think of the world around
Look at the creations if you don't mind
Think of who can create them so fine

We are created by ALLAH
We are living in the world by ALLAH
Subhanallah
How can they worship other than YOU, Oh ALLAH

YOU said that the non-believers
Are the blinds, the deafs, and the dumbs
Persons that never think with wisdoms
That's why they can't see themselves as your creations

Think, please think, oh my friends
Please don't be cruel to yourselves
Believing in ALLAH is not a religion to choose
It is the truth no one can refuse

If you believe in ALLAH
With all your heart, just declare the Shahadah
"Ashhaduanlaillahaillah
Waashhadunnamuhammadurrosulullah"

I witness there is no God other than ALLAH
And I witness Prophet Muhammad is the servant of ALLAH
Claiming this Witness of Reality to ALLAH
Is the first step to HIS Jannah

Can you feel HIM in you?
Do not deny the realisation in you
ISLAM is the way of life for you
Please let me say Assalamualaikum to you

Wassalam.

Night

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh

Silence
Darkness
Loneliness
Chilliness

Everyone is still in the warm sanctuary
Dreaming far away
Until the sun ray
Announcing the start of the day

There is this sinful me
Cleaning up myself with water so icy
Wishing that all my sins can be washed totally
Before I meet THE ONE with GREAT MERCY

Standing alone with shivers
Facing YOU who owns all the 99 good names
I have nothing to give, Oh Lord of all creations
Only tears and repentances

A mountain of sins on my left shoulder
Thicken in the book of Atib - the sins reporter
What can I do to make it lighter?
For I want the weight on my right to be heavier

I know that I don't deserve YOUR Jannah
But I'm not willing to be in YOUR Naar
YOU are the MOST FORGIVEFUL
So, please forgive me - the sinful

I cry like a baby in the dark
I don't remember how many times I've asked
Astaghfirullahalazhim alladzilahaillah walhayyuqayyum waatubuilaik
YOUR pardons are what I needed

Never have I cried so sincere
Making sujud with all the fear
Fear of being put in the Hell Fire
In the akhirat forever

Even Prophet (pbuh) the ma'sum - the sinless
The one that has been guaranteed a place in Firdaus
Seek for pardon in the nights
Until His knees swelled with bruises

Are we being awarded the same promises?
How dare we give excuses?
Of not worshipping HIM in the nights
Cleansing part of our sins

I can't sleep tonight
As the fear of ALLAH occupied my thought
My mouth murmuring the chant
Praising HIM, ALLAH THE GREAT

Oh My Beloved Prophet (pbuh)
I know how much you love your ummat
Before you were gone with Azra'il - the death Mala'ikat
You never stopped saying this: Ummatti
Ummatti
Ummatti

Ya Rasulullah
Ya Habibullah
As much as you love us
Please ask syafaat from ALLAH for us
Ask HIM to forgive us
And prevent the Hell Fire from us

ALLAHUMMA SOLLI 'ALA MUHAMMAD
WA 'ALA AALI MUHAMMAD
WA SOHBIHI WASSALAM
Peace be upon him...

Wassalam.

Goodbye

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah wabarakatuh,

Saying good bye to all my beloved friends
With tears of happiness and sadness
With their sincerest forgiveness
With their hearties wishes

With warm last hugs
With thousand worries
Of how strong can I hold on
To the rope of ALLAH

As a new Muslim
In this new land we hardly know
The land to pursue the knowledge of ALLAH so wide
The land full of challenges that I will never imagine

Leaving my comfort zone
Is a test from ALLAH for me
A test of my iman, taqwa, tawakkal and knowledge
So little in me
Accumulated in three years of time
Oh ALLAH! Can I pass YOUR test?
Only YOU KNOW BEST

I've never complained
Of any test that YOU have prepared
For I am YOUR servant so timid
I have no right to demand

Deep in my heart I realise
As this is written in YOUR verse
And has been told by the one (pbuh) that YOU love
"YOU only test the servants that YOU love"

Can I be among YOUR lovers?
What a shameful request
Before I even pass YOUR tests
Before I even taste the least experiences
Of all the 25 great Rasuls (as) of yours
Of the dedicated Sahabats (ra) of all times

I pray
I pray
And I pray
For your help in despair

Please grant me strength and sanity
To face YOUR tests everyday
Until the very last day
Until I lay asleep till the Judgement Day

Let me die in ISLAM the true religion
For I don't want to go back again
To the naïve era of mine
Before YOU grant me the precious hudan

ALLAHUMMA THABIT QULUBBANA 'ALA DINNIK...AMIN

Wassalam.
